Design Document.

We are now working on the Design document and are basing on the earlier SRS to come up with it.

System Requirement Specification

After concluding with the proposal,we started working on our SRS for our system. This document required alot of information because its where we find our functional and nonfunctional requirements for the proposed system.

Creating the System Requirements Specification

We went on to continue with our requirements document and the primarily collected data from the field came in handy to help us accomplish this. We however had to do more field study to supplement on the existing information and help us gain sufficient knowledge on how best to create an impacting solution.  

Proposal and initial Field Study

We had to go to NMS offices in Wandegeya, Nakasero and Entebbe to collect data that we required to get a good view of the problem we are solving for the organisation.

However most of the most relevant data was gooten from Entebbe.

Helped a lot with working on our proposal.

Proposal writing

After working on the concept paper, we started working on our proposal for the proposed system which is Essential Medicines and Health Supplies Management Distribution System(EMHSMDS) which is to aid in the distribution of drugs and health supplies to NMS and its health facilities. We traveled to NMS headquarters at Entebbe road in order to gather the relevant information for our proposed system.

Done with the concept paper, we are now working on our proposal..

Meeting Our Supervisor

We meet our supervisor(Mr.Kamulegeya Grace) on weekly basis to monitor progress.
